Students in Upshur County FFA went to WVU to compete in winter Career Development Events (CDE Contests) December 10th. We had a team competing in the 7th and 8th Grade Agriscience Contest. (Noah G, Alissa D, Devin H, and Kallie P) They represented our school well and had an awesome time!
We also had our Discovery and Greenhand Degree Ceremonies yesterday (December 14th.) Students in Ms. Peters Agriculture classes designed all the floral arrangements for the ceremony/banquet. We had 3 FFA members present to accept their Discovery Degree: Angel E, Mitchell T, and Owen L.
7th Grade FFA Members Noah G and Kallie P were members of the Courtesy Corps for this event.
