Students in 8th grade found the optimal temperature for the enzyme catalase. Catalase is an enzyme found in liver which breaks down hydrogen peroxide into hydrogen and oxygen gas. Students were grossed out at first, but then quickly got the lab done and found the optimal temp. Great job Bucs!
