In Mr. McClain’s 6th grade science class, students learned about accurately measuring objects using triple beam balances, including reading the scales. They competed to see who was most accurate. Later in the week the students used their skills to conduct an experiment to examine if double-stuff Oreos really contained double the stuff (and of course ate a lot of Oreos!).
